Terry Hendrix is founding and senior pastor of Harmony Community Church, which launched in 2005.  He grew up as the youngest of four children, on a farm near Statesboro, GA.  Terry is married to Debbie (Kerry, of Kingsland, GA), whom he met through Fellowship of Christian Athletes, at Georgia Southern. They have been blessed with two daughters: Madison, who is with the Lord, and Meredith, who is in 9th grade. Terry enjoys spending time with family & friends, great comedy, music: listening, singing, playing instruments, and creating, building and growing things.  He received his B.A. in Biblical Studies with languages, at Criswell College, in Dallas, TX; an M. Div. at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS), in Wake Forest, NC; and a Doctorate, also from SEBTS.

He and his family feel incredibly fortunate to be sharing life, friendship, and ministry with the Harmony Community Church family, within the middle Georgia community. It’s been an amazing, surprising adventure for us all—a very priceless gift from God.
